Castle's personnel
Due to the House Elf population being dramatically decreased, the castle requires regular staffing in charge of maintanance for Hogwarts or any job that may be useful to the Alliance such as Hippogriff Caretakers, Cooks, Cleaners, Wandmakers, Ect.
To apply for castle personnel: - The age limit required is simply to be of age to handle the job you are applying for.
- Have some experience in the job you are applying for if it is beyond simple tasks. It is not necessary to have any military experience as these positions are not involved in battles.
- It is not necessary to be a House Elf for these positions. You may be of any heritage or breeding. Muggles are also accepted now that the Alliance and Square are under peaceful terms. However, the character should be living. No ghosts or portraits need apply.
Duties and Permissions:
The Castle's Personnel have duties specifically in the job they have applied for. Therefore, they are authorized to join nearly every thread or be on any level of the Headquarters as long as the thread taking place is during an appropriate time for the job and if the job justifies it.
The only places disallowed are the abandonned floors and towers. Here, only House Elves may enter.

Medical Personnel Head Healer: William Dawson
The Medical Personnel is directly responsible for all medically oriented tasks inside the W.A.F. Be it responding to a medical emergency or performing a routine check-up, these men and women are in and out of the castle but always keeping the Head Healer informed on their whereabouts.
To apply for merdical personnel:
- The age requirement for Healers are 28 and above. Nurses must be 20 or above. Any age below this and above the age of 18 will be considered an apprentice. Those under the age of 18 are merely considered assisstants that help out in small tasks where needed.
- Must have some experience and studies related with the position. This is not necessary for underage characters.
Duties and Permissions:
Healers and nurses do not only attend in the infirmary but also could be required in the battle fields or be assigned to assist the nearby streets and cities.
Assistants and apprentices rarely go on the battlefield. Only with the permission of a Commander or with the supervision of a current Healer may they attend these situations. They may either live in the headquarters or have their own homes outside the castle.
Medical personnel is also not allowed in any restricted area of the castle unless directly authorized by a Commander.

Wizard Warriors Head Warrior: Gabriel Vangaard
They are directly involved in attacks, defending the wizarding places and also following their leaders' orders taking in account the principle of not harming muggle civilians if possible.
Basic equip: These are the basic equipment every wizard warrior member have in the day by day. Extra-equipment is not forbidden but the lack of the ones mentioned in the list is considered a fault.
In the castle: - Wand or Quarter-cane - Holy Halo - Shield clothing - K.F.C. (K-talk Floo Communicator)
For aerial missions (Riding Hippogriffs or Thestrals): - Globlin-made daggers - Crossbows - Disillusioner (For Hippogriff's riders only) - All-seeing eye Eyepiece - Holy Halo - Shield clothing - Disillusionment cloaks - Basic healing kit - K.F.C. (K-talk Floo Communicator)
For terrestrial missions: - Globlin-made daggers or swords - Wand or Quarter-cane - Battlemage pistol - Shield clothing - Disillusionment cloaks or Invisibility cloaks - Holy Halo - Basic healing kit - K.F.C. (K-talk Floo Communicator)
To apply for wizard warrior: - The character should be at least 17. Any character that falls below the age limit requiered (not younger than 14) would be considered a cadet, which mostly do Castle’s works and are sent to missions out of battles.
- Have some experience / studies related with the position like the use of some muggles weapons, combat and survival without magic. (Not necessary for underage characters. New recruits don't need any knowledge because they will be under training before sending them into the field.)
Duties and permissions: Wizard warriors could be found training (either in official training sessions or by themselves), doing routine inspections or escorting supplies around the nearby streets or cities, or guarding the Headquarters itself.
They could be also found in community services helping the survivors.
They are not authorized in the restricted areas of the Headquarters unless they are doing patrolling duties around the castle overnight or any commander allows them to.

Aurors Head Auror: Debbie Jane Ito
Their mission is to find and capture Dark Wizards, kill only if they have no other choice (FYI: Killing other member’s characters is forbbiden without the member’s permission, however there are always the option to RP killing any unknown dark wizard or any character Master Fate’s account bring on its post).
Basic equip: The auror's equip varies depending on the missions they are in, mostly if the mission is undercover. Inside the W.A.F. Headquarters, however, they could be found using this basic equip.
- Wands (optional, if they have their own wands) - Shield clothing - Disillusionment cloaks or Invisibility cloaks - Holy Halo - Basic healing kit - K.F.C. (K-talk Floo Communicator)
To apply for Aurors: - The character should be at least 25 years old. Any character that falls a couple of years below the age limit requiered would be considered am Auror Apprentice, thus their missions will be directly supervised by the Head Auror.
- Have some experience/studies related with the position.
- Aurors are required to be experts in wandless magic and survival.
Duties and permissions: Aurors have the towers as their Command Central which brings them more autonomy in their actions. However they are free to use the training rooms or any no-restricted area in the Headquarters.
Though they could be also found doing the same duties like soldiers, they are specially trained to hide among the survivors, in disguise, investigating or tracking any person suspected to be dark wizard or be working for them. Their missions could even take them out of the castle for weeks or months but always keeping the Auror Commander informed.

Mysterious Head Mysterious: Alexander Gustav Rees
In charge of studying all about muggle technology, its weaknesses and advantages. On the other hand this area also is in charge of research for magical plants or creatures around the world and in the development of new potions that can be made with the ingredients still on existance in the world.
To apply for mysterious: - The character should be at least 21 years old. Whereas assistants for Mysterious can be younger, there is not application for them, the Head Mysterious is the one to decide about this matter in RP.
- Have some experience/science background.
Duties and permissions: Mysterious have their private area in the level 2 of the dungeons, areas specially protected and equiped with the necessary for experiments. However their duties are not limited to work in the labs. They are usually sent for fields trips to search for magical plants or ingredients in extinction or colaboration with the medical staff.
With the permission of the Head Mysterious and under his supervision, they could also access to the forbidden wasteland to the herbologist liar and have some training in this area.
Due to that now the W.A.F. have a truce with the Human Race Squad, with the permission of the Chief Scientist and under his supervision, they could also access to the laboratories in the H.R.S. Headquarters.
When off-duty, a mysterious member could use the training rooms to self-defense trainings as well.

The Wise Head Wise: Portrait of Agnam Rellik
This small group are in the Leader's entourages. None of these characters are alive, but are the remainder of old portraits of the Greatest wizards that survived. Some ghosts also could integrate into this group.
To apply for wise: - Have quiet an astonishing life’s resume and achievements under the sleeve.
OOC requirement: - The character can be new, but as a writer, you must be an active member in good standing for at least one year.
- Have participated in at least one Forum's plot.
- As the rules state it should be an original character, not taken from the books nor the RL world.
Duties and permissions: The wises are allowed to open threads concerned to Forum Plots or other matters of importance to bring advice and support at the Headmaster of the W.A.F.
Being no-living creatures, these members have access to every area of the castle. In the case of portraits they would not be able to access the level 3 of the Dungeons, the laboratories in the Mysterious area nor in the grounds as there are no portraits in those sectors.
The intervention of the wises is for advices and diplomacy only. They could not interfere in any action the Headmaster and the Head Commander have decided in union.
